Receiving a Call

When a call is received, the phone will "ring" and the selected Caller

Information pop-up window will appear (refer to File - Setting - Popup &

Outlook on page 26). The window shows the caller ID delivered from the host

system and the name associated from the Phonebook database. If Nomad SP

is minimized, the Caller Information window will pop-up to display the

incoming call information or the Nomad SP icon in the Windows tray will flash

to indicate the new call. In the later case, Nomad SP must be opened to

answer the call.

To answer the call with Nomad SP active:

Click on the Telephone icon from

the Basic Call Control Menu bar.

To answer the call with Nomad SP minimized:

Click on the Telephone icon or Nomad SP icon from the Caller

Information pop-up window.

Ending a Call

Click the Telephone icon on the

Basic Call Control Menu bar.
