A maximum of 8 channels are available for use on the system. By default, no channels are

assigned.

Programming Steps

1. Press the MUSIC CH # flexible button (FLASH09,Button#1through#6). The following

message displays:

X= 4-8

YYY = CO Line number

2. Enter a valid number (001-XXX) that corresponds to the CO line number desired.

3. Press HOLD to save the entry. A confirmation tone sounds.

Music-On-Hold - Enable/Disable

Description

When connected to the system, a music source provides music to all lines on Hold, parked

calls, transferred calls and calls waiting to be answered by Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

or Uniform Call Distribution (UCD).

This feature is allowed or denied on a system-wide basis in programming.
